Living Proof at the Oscars! Get Kate Hudson's glamorous look.

"The forever-young actress looked stunning on the red carpet in a sexy white Versace gown. “Her dress is 1940s inspired, but I thought, ‘I don’t want to get too big, so what is cool? Jerry Hall.’ Curls can go too Dynasty,” celebrity stylist Chris McMillian told Harper’s BAZAAR. The result: polished waves, with a far side part “that’s more up and over and flat.” First McMillian layered Living Proof Prime, $20, and Living Proof Satin Hair Serum, $29, before blow drying it, to prevent moisture from the rainy L.A weather from sabotaging Hudson's hair. Next, “after blow drying, I added more Satin serum, used the curling iron, then brushed it out and added another layer of Satin serum plus the Living Proof Flex Shaping Hairspray, $24.” Although Hudson is often known for her care-free vibe, McMillian says “her hair is completely down and on the more polished side—it goes with her glamorous dress—and she carry’s that so well, the Jerry Hall aspect, keeping it a little rock and roll.”
